Please Click Here for the position of SPM on political, economic, and social issues.

The SPM at this time is largely concerned with trying to develop an anti-war the likes of which is currently happening for Darfur and Iraq for Somalia. This mainly has to do with creating a documentary to educate the non-Somalis. To learn more about this documentary please click here.  The Somali Prosperity Movement is in the simplest sense a Campaign to Free Somalia. That is a movement in support of a liberated, civilian government, and an independent prosperous nation. It was originally run by OceanRiver International through the Peace River Delta Ecology Project. The project was designed to research how to save Somalia by incorporating all the resources available into a plan of action. Unfortunately do to the low number of staff and our non existing cash flow; this project never grow out of its infant stage. In review of such failed progress, it was understood that the project had better chance of succeed if it was taken as a personal interest rather and as an organization. If anyone wants to join in this cause, please I would be much obliged for any help.

Our primary goal at this time is to educate the ignorant, comfort the inflicted, and create a grass-root Somali project to organize a strong voice to the Somali Diaspora.

OceanRiver International is in itself a very young organization. And being so has limit management maneuverability. Even so it had begun in its first phase of the Campaign to Free Somalia through a documentary that largely will be considered a personal project. However it will still be produced through FireNation Studio.

  1. I would like to tell the world that the bush administration are behind all this death and chaos in somalia.

They told dictator meles of ethiopia to invade somalia and return the hated warlords (the same ones that killed 18 american marines in 1993) to flush out the real government of somalia that gave somalia 6 months of blessed peace.

The bush administration said that the UIC government of somalia had connections to al qaeda.
They still have never come with no evidence to prove their unfounded allegations.

The world is watching the hypocrisy of the west, they scream abt darfur but yet their hands are soak in blood in somalia.

1.4 million people are on the verge on death without food, clean water, shelter or even security.

Like i said the world is watching, but they do not even tell the ethiopian troops to leave the somali people alone in peace yet they always yell abt the janjaweed killing people in darfur.

The world is watching as mothers and children starve in somalia thanks to George Bush.

The real terrorist is the Bush administration, they call themselves the most powerful country in the world and yet they wage war on the women and children of somalia, in the poorest part of africa.
